How To Use

Directions for use:

• Diffusion Add 6 9 drops to water in your diffuser.
• Inhalation Add 6 drops to 1 litre of steaming water and inhale avoiding eye area.
• Massage Add 6 drops to one tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into required area. Mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
