100% Australian Bee Pollen will often have a slightly sweet honey taste and sometimes a tang but this is contingent to the type of pollen the bees collect. Bee Pollen contains protein carbohydrates as well as vital nutrients like vitamins and minerals. It is a great addition to cooking such as smoothies or juices acai bowls and more.  

The granules can vary in colour as they are a natural by product of the pollen that bees forage from various sources and flowers. The colours of the granules can range from various yellows to pale green.

As a natural product bee pollen granules vary in colour from orange yellow to tones of pale green depending on which flowers the bees have foraged.
