Whilst many recipes hold a secret herb or spice it is the secret chefs of Santas Pantry bakery that make every mouthful magical every belly wanting more. We are delighted to finally be able introduce you to two of our secret chefs Penny and Ricky Baker. Penny has been at Santa's Pantry bakery for hundreds of years in fact she has been there since the very beginning. Creativity is Penny's forte taking inspiration from those near and far. For example her bestie Mr Gingerbread sparked her passion for baked goods. Humble beginnings with just a simple cookie her recipes have become some of the most popular festive treats the world over. Forever rolling mixing creating Penny is 40cm tall.
