Suntory Hibiki Blender's Choice is a Japanese blended whisky that is part of the Hibiki brand known for its high quality whiskies. This particular expression is a limited edition release created by the brand's Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo in collaboration with staff members from Suntory's whisky blending team.The whisky is a blend of carefully selected malt and grain whiskies aged in various types of casks including American white oak sherry casks and Mizunara oak casks. It has a rich and complex flavor profile with notes of dried fruits honey and spices.
